在莫斯科，俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司管理委員會副主席阮武張庭兒子，越南石油國家石油和天然氣公司的副總裁維塔利·馬爾克洛夫總理德米特里·梅德韋杰夫，俄羅斯聯(lián)邦和阮晉勇總理的存在已簽署越南社會主義共和國的理解備忘錄，合作作為汽車燃料的天然氣生產(chǎn)和使用。
該文件定義了越南在指定的行業(yè)內(nèi)重點領(lǐng)域的合作。特別是，備忘錄規(guī)定，努力將采取天然氣轉(zhuǎn)換胡志明市公共交通。作為該項目的一部分，將成立一個聯(lián)合俄羅斯和越南企業(yè)。

In Moscow, Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Nguyen Vu Truong Son, Vice President of Petrovietnam State Oil and Gas Corporation have signed in the presence of Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in natural gas production and use as a motor fuel.
The document defines the key areas of cooperation in the specified sector within Vietnam. In particular, the Memorandum stipulates that efforts will be taken to convert Ho Chi Minh public transport to natural gas. A joint Russian-Vietnamese venture will be established as part of the project.
“Gazprom and Petrovietnam have a history of long-lasting successful cooperation in natural gas prospecting and exploration. By signing the Memorandum of Cooperation in natural gas use as a motor fuel our companies expand the energy cooperation between Russia and Vietnam. We see a high potential of the business expansion both domestically and internationally, and we believe Vietnam to be a promising market for stepping up NGV projects,” said Vitaly Markelov.
